The present Accessibility Conformity Application (hereinafter – the Conformity Application) applies to the Internet content published at the domain address “www.savasld.lt” (hereinafter – the Self-Service Website). The Self-Service Website is administered by Lietuvos draudimas AB.

Self-Service Website usability options

We aim to create the Self-Service Website that is simple and convenient to use as is for people with various needs. We also wish to point out that some visitors to the Self-Service Website may find it relevant to try adjusting the settings of their computer, tablet or smartphone for a better experience related to reading texts on the Self-Service Website out loud, changing the colour scheme or increasing the font size.

Accessibility limitations of this Self-Service Website

We would like to point out that at the moment some parts of this Self-Service Website are not fully accessible, for example:

• some interactive elements are currently not possible to navigate using the keyboard alone;
• some interactive elements do not have visible focus when navigating using the keyboard;
• some elements and functions do not have labels or titles;
• some videos do not have transcripts and audio descriptions;
• some text and graphic element colours do not contrast sufficiently with the background.

The level of conformity is determined based on the results of the accessibility assessment. 

Preparation of the Conformity Application

In October-November 2024, the Self-Service Website was tested according to the Technical Standard EN 301 549 v.3.2.1 and Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2. The assessment of a representative sample of websites was carried out by Dizi UAB together with a member of the Lithuanian Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired (LASS).
